For the past few months, I have been engaged in deep research surrounding Egregor's UFO files. His collections contained many photographs of crafts which could only be comprehended as having been from another world. Many of these sightings exist outside of the UFO canon writ large, and appear to only be present in this archive. With what little I know about the investigator himself, I would not be surprised to learn that he had traipsed around as some sort of Man in Black. Apprehending witnesses and managing to wrangle photographic proof from them under the guise of some top secret FBI detail. While this is almost certainly antithetical to the process of uncovering "truth", it is not without his steadfast commitment to getting evidence not held by any others.
In the Details
In addition to his collection of unknown UFOs, Egregor possessed a great deal of photographs of sightings that are well known within the flying saucer community. He seems to have collected up close images of famous saucers in some sort of hope of compiling a comprehensive file of saucer shape and photographic minutiae. If he believed in the veracity of these images, a similar examination could (and was) made of the photos within his personal files. The end result being a scientific standard of examination.
